Along with headliners like Slayer and Marilyn Manson, Michigan’s very own Black Dahlia Murder is making a mark on this summer’s Rockstar Mayhem Festival. If you happen to catch the tour, which runs throughout mid-August, you’re likely to get a sneak preview of the band’s 4th full-length studio album Deflorate.

When UGTV caught up with Brian Eschbach at a recent Mayhem date, the BDM guitarist discussed the band’s approach to the latest album, which is the first to include new member Ryan Knight.
